These general terms and conditions of sale (“General Terms and Conditions of Sale”) apply to any order of Accessories that you place through (the “Website”). You must read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully. By placing an order through the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in their entirety. If you do not agree to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in their entirety, you must not order any product or service through the Website.


Delivery charges are included in the cost of each item. However, FT Technologies products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing an order for international delivery. Where applicable, it will be your sole responsibility to comply with any export controls or sanctions rules applicable to goods supplied to you.

All items indicated to be in­ stock are shipped within 5 working days. A confirmation email is sent once the item leaves our warehouse. This email will not only confirm that the item has left our warehouse, but will also provide the courier or postal tracking number for your item along with an estimated delivery date.

IMPORTANT: As inventory fluctuates, an item indicated as “in ­stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out­ of­ stock. In this event, we will make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again.


Purchases will be made in Pounds Sterling. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payment which international credit card holders will be liable to pay.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order that you have placed with FT Technologies, you must contact customer support by email ([email protected]) or by phone (+44 (0)208 973 0029). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).


If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the items you have ordered, you may return your order at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the goods. Please contact customer support by email ([email protected]) or by phone +44 (0)208 973 0029 to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). FT Technologies will process your refund within 14 days of receipt of the products to the returns address below. You must take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession and they must be returned to us in full before we can issue your refund. It is your responsibility to pay the delivery costs of the returned items. We will confirm receipt of the returned items by email. You will also receive a confirmation email once a credit has been issued to your credit card. IMPORTANT: Returns sent without a Return Authorisation Number will not be accepted.
