Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Design

  • Design, development, test, maintenance and documentation of software embedded in FT products.

Role Summary

We are recruiting for a Workshop Technician who will work closely alongside the rest of the Production team, assembling electronic units, soldering and testing products. This is a full-time, temporary role on a 9-month contract.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a responsible approach to the standards of work required. You will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs (with a grade C in Maths and English, or equivalent) and be able to use, to a basic or intermediate level, Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel. Experience of having worked in an engineering or manufacturing environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
