Our mission is to engineer invention through curiosity and creativity using our core technology. Our vision is to be the global leader in the provision of distinctive technologies for demanding applications. All our managers combine technical and engineering experience from a wide range of industries and share a commitment to our core values:
People-centred: People are our lifeblood, they provide new ideas which fuel better products, services and processes. It is our commitment to nurture those around us, always fairly supporting their endeavours and building their confidence to go further.
Sustainability: FT Technologies enables the production of clean and sustainable energy through its involvement with the wind energy market. It is our commitment to do more to meet the needs of the present while enabling future generations to meet their own needs.
Listening: Listening uncovers value that allows us to achieve and exceed expectations while delivering commercially viable solutions. It is our commitment to listen and never lecture.
Engineering Excellence: Engineering knowledge provides us with the intellectual horsepower to deliver on our commitments and sets us apart from our competition. It is our commitment to push technological boundaries, relentlessly advancing each day.
Quality-focused: Quality sets us apart, it allows us to be a leader rather than one of the pack. It is our commitment always to hold the pursuit of quality top of mind and strive to be the best.
Innovation: Innovation through experimentation drives us forward. It allows us to be open-minded in our provision of solutions. It is our commitment to always innovate, never settling for the status quo.
