Delivery charges are included in the cost of each item. All items indicated to be in stock are shipped within 5 working days. A confirmation email is sent once the item leaves our warehouse. This email will not only confirm that the item has left our warehouse, but will also provide the courier or postal tracking number for your item along with an estimated delivery date.
Purchases will be made in GBP Pounds Sterling.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the items you have ordered, you may return your order at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the goods. Please contact customer support by email (email@example.com) or by phone +44 (0)208 943 0022 to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). FT Technologies will process your refund within 14 days of receipt of the products to the returns address below. You must take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession and they must be returned to us in full before we can issue your refund. It is your responsibility to pay the delivery costs of the returned items. We will confirm receipt of the returned items by email. You will also receive a confirmation email once a credit has been issued to your credit card. IMPORTANT: Returns sent without a Return Authorisation Number will not be accepted.

To cancel an order that you have placed with FT Technologies, you must contact customer support by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (+44 (0)208 943 0022). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
